It does not help to view public servants as incompetent. Clients and public servants can start an interaction with stereotypes about each other. It would be better to simply see the PS as knowing less about your business operations than you do. It becomes a matter of educating the PS about what you do and why you do it the way that you do. Stay patient- explain what you are trying to do and why- keep working the charm- use first names etc etc.

Trying not to look too closely at the SP at the moment. Nothing really to stop this from drifting lower. But diamond hands or whatever.
