motopram, unions got a bad name for themselves when they started to take the law into there own hands. like - strike action because they cannot get want they want. - banning people from a worksite's because they don't belong to a union. and on it goes.
anyway when a strike is in place workers don't get paid right, but i bet the union bosses do. so how is this helping the worker.
Anyway I'll get respect for unions when they get back to doing what they were designed to do, look out for the worker and not be a militant group that only looks out for those at the top.
