Hi Acerage,

There has been no recent update from the IG sine 20/12/12

I have read through their last post on the IG web site.

Can you please give me your thoughts on the following statement from the IG

"The requisition group is of the belief they have provided a new precedent of law and that the advice that Mr Malinas gave from the floor will be eventually proven to be ill advised. At that point Mr Burt and Mr Kelly will be appointed to the board."

- has the IG sought any legal advise on this matter?

- is the ball still rolling?
