    Yes. It just depends. Your original post said their had been no 3B. The 3B is the companies responsibility, so GGP get the fine. If you mean Form 603 (Becoming a substantial holder) or Form 604 (Change in substantial holder) then that is the responsibility of the holder, ie Alimold.

    Thankfully Alimold won't be fined. Their is no late fee apllicable to lodgement of 603 and also the clause is "2 business days after becoming aware of the information". It's ambiguous and gives them an out.

    But once ASX make Booth aware that he is a substantial holder then he would need to comply promptly.

    By now he may have sold down below the 5% threshold?

    It's right of you to warn Acreage and Lani about reproducing announcements. Wouldn't want anyone on hotcopper being fined for breach of copyright.

    I'm still eagerly waiting on the legal precedent and see how many doors are opened. Possibly we will have 20plus people puting hand up for a seat if a precedent is available to do so. Will also be interesting if it only applies to GGP or if it's a loophole for a seat in any company.
