If you contact IG's and if they continue to argue that is your trade it may be worthwhile asking if they have an Internet Protocol address linked to the trade and also the geo location of that IP at the time the trade was made.( from memory they do have a tech area although its about 20 years since I last had cause to contact them.) Any chance anyone could have obtained your LI/PW?
