The igas annoucement in Jan did NOT disclose the 7mill cash AA also got with the loan.
Recent annoucement confirming that the Jan announcement 'is full and correct disclosure for the purposes of the AIM and Disclosure and Transparency Rules', so the rules allow directors to use shares as security to borrow cash? I was mislead by the Jan announcement into my thinking of the first of my posts above, many others would be too. Hard to believe it mets the rules if AA did actually get 7mill in cash from the loan as reported in some articles.
