Of our new directors, Rathie, Lonie and Forbes hold zero shares in the company. The new chairman on the other hand is a shareholder with 16365 shares (worth the princely sum of $2209) in his superannuation. (Possibly a hangover from a previous holding of Arrow?)

In almost 8 weeks that they have been board members, none have bothered to buy any shares. I take that as an indication they are completely independent of any interest or confidence in the company - and possibly the other shareholders they are representing? Hard to see it any other way.
