igas/dart energy venture

The Igas/Dart joint venture should be stopped from selling off in particular its Australian reserve assets and other assets the development of which has been blocked for environmental reasons.
The joint venture should park these assets in a new holding operation DART ENERGY 2014 pending a change of policy by the authorities concerned and the new company shares should be allocated to Darts existing share holders.
The great danger is that unless we move fast the Australian and other Asian assets which still retain development potential will be released on the cheap leaving someone else to pick up the benefits sometime in the future.
