The independent experts report came up with a monetary valuation for Dart several months back .
They haven't explicitly stated that the valuation remains unchanged , infact they have implied that the valuation is an over-valuation by drawing attention to the downturn in the market cap of other UK focused onshore E&P .
About the only merit in the "independent" report is the use of the word "merger" in placeof "takeover" and even that is inaccurate .
Writing a report like that is money for old rope . They probably got an intern to do it for nothing more than travel expenses .
Wonder how much it cost Dart shareholders ?
