The momentum for shale in the UK continues to head in the right direction and following the IGas announcement the media coverage continues to get louder. The overnight FT piece "UK Shale Eldorado - just off the M62" is a good example of where the reporting is going now. Opponents mentioned at the end for balance, but the opportunity is getting the lead attention.

IGas shares went up 12.6% on the news. A Cuadrilla farm-in now from one of the majors, with this kind of media platform, would hopefully make the momentum for shale unstoppable in the UK.
Let's hope the little tidbit at the end of the refinancing announcement wasn't there to tease us.
