I am with you and i know a lot of shareholders are with you on this matter, We can do something about this as long as the shareholders are informed proper..

One other question to ask would be why did he tell them that we wanted $60mil for the land I was never asked if thats what I would like maybe you were asked but I know of no one that was asked, its like me saying I want x amount for my house give it too me.

Not to mention that our very own secretary Jane Flegg is also the secretary for NKWE and she works for PL private company also, so you can just imagine how the deal was stuck, I just wonder how she can change hat's and give us shareholders 100% when she is in both camps!!! this is surely a conflict of interest.

I would not be suprised that his spin doctor's are working on the wording that will shaft us if we vote NO
