    Judging from what you said, I assume that you think the asset sale is fair to the shareholder and you choose to keep you mouth shut regarding thismatter.

    Don't you know as a shareholder, we have the right to vote and question the management regarding the company's matter. you don't have to buy the WHOLE company in order to do that!

    By the away are you TS or a supporter in the TS camp?
