Great post and good on you! I reckon B's intention is just a selfish and naive act, what he want is IGC to sell the 15% interest to NKP cheaply so that the S/P of NKP will jump like a rocket, he don't want us IGC S/H is stand in his way. He is afraid that if we can stop the asset sale by voting "No" NKP S/P will sink like a submarine. B I'll tell you once again that I am going to try my best to stop deal to go thru, What you can do is either sell all your NKP share now and make al iitle profit while you still can or you can wait until the IGC S/H to vote down the asset sale deal and have a guess of what the S/P of NKP will be?

Come on IGC shareholder! we can not allow anyone to shaft us again on this deal, show some support and vote "No" to the deal and the incompetent management!
