S/H's just have to decide what is good for them and take a stand. I'm sure that we will see more postings and comments before S/H's meeting (probably some time in mid-late July).

To muddy the water or push thru the resolution,be prepared to have a combined res. eg ... vote yes or no to receive a 5c dividend and authorise the deal to go ahead.You know,just like a politician would do and load the question with a sweetener to get the yes.

I think TS is still in UK and will probably get together with Landau,Flegg,Turner and friends to carefully word the Res's when he's back in Perth.Sure that's right because no-one is announcing it in his absence.It seems a pretty straight forward thing for the PR bugle,Dir. Turner or Co. Sec to announce... so watch out for the sting.


Keep posting your comments as I'm sure the concerned and converted are becoming active and expressing their outrage to what's been done without consultation with them.
