If you looked at the shareprice of IGC leading up to the recent announcement you could tell that it would not go above 22c no matter what the NKP deal would deliver.

Professionals saw no value in jumping on board and stayed with NKP.

Long term holders should have seen the writing on the wall. I decided to top up with NKP as i knew it had the major resource and Xstrata on side.

In my opinion I think that it is another case where directors of a company have not told the truth nor appear to look after shareholders interests. They prefer ongoing renumeration and side benefits.
