Basing from thestudmuffin posts seems that IGC has pretty much negotiated a done deal (then again how many times have we heard this from management)

Summary so far is

Price- 50cents
Payment- cash
Nkwe Money Raising- by selling future revenue

Unanswered Questions:

1) Timeframe
2) Must Nkwe announce that they have raised the money?
