IGC 0.00% 33.5¢ international goldfields limited..

    Everything currently seems to point towards cash to IGC shareholders atm - I did think it may be NKP script at one point.

    NKPs last quarterly states:

    "Nkwe remains committed to the acquisition of IGC’s 15% stake in the Tubatse Project
    and has been in advanced discussions with a number of parties over the financing of the
    acquisition through a debt/royalty arrangement."

    Based on Tony's comments regarding banks only willing to lend to Gold miners at present it looks like the money will be coming from somewhere else via this debt/royalty arrangement. Who this party or parties may be is open for speculation. Perhaps Tony will get some sort stake in NKP as part of the deal but I think IGC shareholders will get the cash at around 39c.

    I hadn't really thought about IGC keeping the cash and it still being a going concern. How would / could this scenario work if they have no assets? Perhaps they could buy some of CFE's newly acquired assets?
