    It's definately cash...

    And the deadline is August.

    But the comments in NKP's qtrly makes me think it possibly is reasonably close....

    A royalty side of things would be quite tempting for some other party who might be putting up the cash, especially given xstratas involvement.

    qtrly stated ADVANCED discussions with a number of parties...

    interesting times.
