Hi Everyone,

As far as I am concern, the deal is not a done deal if it didn't get the shareholder approval, I already confirmed with ASX (unless someone in ASX lied to me!) that the sale of IGC major asset does required shareholder approval and TS still not announce that EGM to get the approval on the sale. If TS want to put the sales thru, he have to arrange the EGM and get the shareholder approve it. I don't think he is dumb or brave enough to violate the listing rule set by ASIC and ASX!
