This crew appears to have form. Companies they've operated in the past fall into administration and/or liquidation. Yet they still manage to find funds to start again. Very resourceful...
It's a small win that the courts have ordered liquidation rather than allowing voluntary administration as under VA the company's creditors are usually more in control of the process. Dickson's company sounds like it's the major creditor so is less likely to vote on a deeper analysis of all company transactions. Hopefully KPMG can unpack this mess and if there's been any wrongdoing they man up and call it out.
