IMO, the board had nothing to do with Iggy's resignation; it was all about
the major shareholders.

If they did not contribute to the CR, GXY would have been dead in the water.

Major shareholders, particuluarly those with board seats know alot more about
GXY's current position and its prospects than we do and they are likely to protect the skin that they already have in the game while management may be willing to take righer risks because its not their money.

Let's hope that we are not being sold more down the drain than did the former proposal.
