    Speaking from experience, this is what it's like to witness financing with every mining company that's going from development and into production. The dilution of shares is what EVERY shareholder in every developing company loathes. It's understandable, and may be disorientating for first timers.

    To make a vivid point...A call for resignations, especially at this point, will only lead to the market seeing the move as a lack of confidence in any company. Inherently, this suggestion would be more damaging to the company than them continuing as is.

    Now for some good news.
    Some comfort may be found in what most companies go through in the later phases of development/production.
    It's called a share buy back program. Which is when the company either buys shares back on the open market or through other means.

    Point in case ::Most notably in recent news headlines was:: Berkshire spends $1.2bn in share buyback to address the perceived undervaluation of the sprawling conglomerate. (By doing a google search, you can see how common this method is)
    Most companies will often start dividends as well,as more and more profits is realized.

    A value position in this company, won't be realized in a months time. It's a strategic play that is to last over the span of the 3main projects, until each are operational. (Or when the TakeOver happens to Galaxy Resources)

    As one can tell from the recent shareholder posts on this website, development -> production is not for the faint of heart.

    Gooru does have a valid point, that we both agree on. This company must start churning out product. Mt. Cattlin should be put back into production and start selling product at market prices. It's a feed of revenue we are not taking advantage of.

    Off topic::
    *The Lithium Market is showing that it's turning a corner. It has bounced off of support and showing signs that it's heading North.
