You would all be aware that directors are not permitted to buy shares whenever they want to. On Friday, the company secretary told me that he is at the moment in a "blackout period" where he is not permitted to buy shares. There are only certain window for these purchases, so all of this "why doesn't he....?" stuff is quite silly. My understanding of things is this: He doesn't because he can't.
