If Creat Group or CRHL were allowed to subscribe for shares at 88c,give Iggy some shares.
Redesign his salary package to include salary plus shares plus options----no share holder would deny him this,I think.
Hasn't Iggy done enough till now to warrant that,considering how far the Company has grown under his leadership?
You can also issue them with a escrow period of 2-3 years,so he doesn,t walk before then.
Still looks better with financiers.
Don't forget that they are after another $97 Million for the EMD project.
