For me,the GMB would be GMMB( multi multi ) if the MNMOA's got over the line, otherwise gradual appreciation of the SP over the next few years will suit me just fine.
In regards to the "successful projects being announced late 2013 ", could this not be construed as a project is not a project until its funding is organised and therefore successful applicants may well have been notified already with an announcement to be made late 2013?
