You might be right there Vert re the Biomass. They definitely had plans of using the very same CDP in Vic on brown coal though. I think they are aiming at a much larger CDP now.

BRONWYN HERBERT: There are plenty of companies trying to create a cleaner brown coal, including Ignite Energy Resources, based on the New South Wales Central Coast.
Len Humphreys is the company's chief executive.
LEN HUMPHREYS: Oh what our technology does, it takes low ranked brown coal, as you know it's one of the highest polluting in terms of its use for a power, and converts it into a much higher ranked coal and also the side effect is it releases a synthetic crude oil from it.
BRONWYN HERBERT: Is this really a pipedream or is this technology within grasp on a large scale?
LEN HUMPHREYS: We've had a pilot plan in operation for three-and-a-half years in Somersby New South Wales and we're just finishing the commissioning of a commercial demonstration plant in Somersby that will be shipped down to be put on the Yallourn site in Victoria to demonstrate it there.
