I don't think anyone who's been paying attention thinks delivering electricity to the grid is as simple as flicking a switch. Rohand1's "ignition of the 5MW plant" comment is clearly shorthand for ignition of panel 2 which will feed the 5MW plant. After the protracted delay, this in itself will be a big event.

The muted market response to the company's recent massive international expansion (the best thing to ever happen to this company IMO), suggests that sentiment hinges on proof on concept - I, like most other holders, look forward to the delivery of energy to the grid in a few months and an appropriate re-rating.

Give Rohand1 a break!!
