IMO CFO ?, no Finance and no deal with Stellar Resources and directors filling there pockets with what ever is left.
Tin and Tantalum are only worth anything if you are digging it out of the ground.(You need to be able to afford to buy the shovel first)
One more point,with issue of new options,they have every thing to gain and nothing to lose, so Mr Ignorant IMO they are free.(Will exercise if they are trading above 15c and will pass below 15c)Where's the risk?
