Brilliant post Vintage- chronicled in such a way as to clearly identify the Chinese strategy re drug abuse and regulation and the opportunity that exists currently for SBN through its JV partnership.

Incidentally, having had a fair bit to do with the Chinese in a business sense, I can say that as a people, they are the most committed of any I know when it comes to national pride. This would of course extend to the domestic stratum but it is more than clear that they have a single point focus to rid the people of the illicit drug scourge that is currently enveloping the world today. It is somewhat of an oxymoron really when one considers that China has transitioned from a specifically controlled environment to one that supports free markets(to a degree!) and capitalism.
