First thing to do is check the Definitive Feasibility Study and in particular the numbers used to stand up the business case to fund $100's M in a plant build. Then check the price of the commodities vs the DFS. What's the gap and likely to be the gap. Here's an excellent post to read: Post #: 73416343. Its based on facts and the DFS.

Then check the Milestones and their dates. Have they missed any?

Lastly check the hype posts and see if any of them are material to the DFS and the analysis above.
