re: ignore syringe but is heartware coming? Z finally someone addresses the issue!! the winner. Noone can say for sure which way the patent dispute will go. VCR may be correct in every sense and still get screwed (the case is filed in Florida). OR VCR may win and Heartware go back from whence it came (bankruptcy) with the legendry 'Bud'. VCR has advantages and HW potential advantages. Despite what Syringe I won't mention TT seperately for good reason (I think they must be Amanda Vanstone's relatives) and Kwammmmi claim from the highest mountain. I think Bob Dylan said it best ... the answer is blowing in the wind. Regardless I think VCR will make it just not in the way the company is boasting about. If I had my crystal ball ... Watch early 05 when the FTA comes in.
