Hey guys I'm looking at investing into the property market on the gold coast. There is tonnes of talk about this 'bubble' which leads me to ask. Do you guys think it would 'pop' next year on the gold coast. Also does anyone have any thoughts or advice about the idea of buying 1 house a year for 10 years. I'm not too sure if that last question is realistic but I'm here to learn
