I won't post the II article, as I'm sure its some sort of breach of membership, but essentially what it says is:
The FDA concerns may be overblown.
Superior product to the competitor.
TRT market is exploding.
Lilly is a powerful marketing partner.
Tax free dividends & capital growth.
Essentially they are saying the bears have only seen the bad news, but there are plenty of opportunities here. The price offered far outweighs the risks. They have a buy of under $0.90 and a sell above $3.
Intelligent Investor have got into quite a few small caps now, and with a large member base, you tend to see their recommendations affect share price significantly. I've just seen ACR hit $1.03. I bought soon after the article was posted (@ $0.82). No doubt part of this price gain is due to the II article. Don't be surprised to see it back at $0.80 in a couple of weeks once the dust settles. Have a look at Somnomed (SOM), it went from $1.35 to $1.65 within a few days of II slapping a buy on it, and now sits at $1.46.
