LairyContrary was only looking at the pipeline cause as the management stated the R&D and other staff are being paid top $ to retain their services - my query is why if there is nothing to show for it - at least that I am aware of.
yes - your options certainly do have a lot of merit and one would hope that management have had the same idea (but probably not given the lack of any detail in previous ANN's and given that nothing has been said about this in their presentations) - so why are they being paid if not to drive this company to maximise shareholder (ultimate owners) wealth - as well as their own. but at this stage am only seeing a one way street.
hopefully the new incoming top dude will also see a lot of merit in the options you raise - I think they are worthy of serious consideration. How about an opinion from management regarding this!!
