Looks like he is getting a little worry that his words are coming back to haunt him.
Cannot see him recovering in the polls and it's going to be only a matter of time when he hits 30 consecutive polls that he is behind and he knows it.
Time he steps aside and takes the other backstabers with him and a real conservative takes over.
