ignored and forgotten?

Greencap doesn't get much interest or trading and has a rather odd long term history of dramatic direction changes and re-birth.

but...perhaps it is worth a new look? The unique set of risk management businesses they have now do appear to be cruising through the recession, getting new contracts and they seem to be forecasting reasonable growth, cash flow and very low PE? Perhaps they have really found a niche or perhaps it is just smoke and mirrors? Perhaps this one has long term potential?
