Geez, I thought I was the only HC interested in GCG. I know this company very well and have emailed JB query if any reasons for sudden price rise - but no reply to date. Perhaps it is just a rerating after big fall.
I anticipate a 1c divvy this year.
The company is expanding revenue but a lot of this comes through acquisitions which are paid for mainly by share issuing. This has the usual dilutionary effect.
I beleive that the shares are fairly tightly held as major shareholders account for 65% about and there are also several other big shareholders in the top 20, but with less than 5%.
