Here's what I think may play out in 2020, for what it's worth....
1.SGQ will trade north of 40c...
2. SGQ may have a number of suitors and at least one will make a taker over bid.
3. Most likely will be IGO followed by a Canadian outfit and then others followed by WSA.
4. SGQ will likely drill Fishhook first (obviously a non WSA JV tenement) followed by pressing ahead with the desire to mine even the smallest of pits
5. A decision to mine will force WSA to contribute 1/4 of all mining costs and exploration costs thus putting pressure on WSA to exit JV of convert JV stake in lieu of equity in SGQ.
6. This will force them to accept a large premium to the share price for their shares - may be 100% premium
7. This will give IGO and other suitors to open their wallets and bid aggressively for SGQ.
8. The 20c options maturing in September 2020 is bad timing if a capital raise is required before expiry.
9. At 5c the options are mind boggling expensive and there will be a tussle between those that do not want the options exercises and those that do.
10. Expect a very volatile trading between February and September with good trading opportunities.
11. 12-13c represents a buying opportunity with a target price of 33-50c.
12. 2020 will be a year of volatility, shock and awe surprises and trading opportunities for the weak holders the believers and non-belivers.
