Howdy Pow4ade, you make a good point....the metallurgy testing is part of an overall scoping study. They have been doing flora fauna surveys that will go into an environmental impact assessment that could support potential mining proposals.
These additional metallurgy tests would no doubt set another base line for a PFS and would be relevant to their decision to apply for mining approvals.
What is interesting is the often made comparison of the MA nickel/copper prospect to the Raglan nickel/copper mine in Quebec. Raglan is owned by the Glencore Group and they do their own processing on site to produce a concentrate.
We can speculate that one possibility is that Glencore maybe doing the metallurgy tests and if they are, they may become an SGQ suitor.
Remember, JP has more than once intimated that he has fielded interest from overseas.
So, we can speculate that besides BHP, Glencore might be interested in SGQ.
