Per Nova running out of ore. I stated before that may be the case but they have Mark Creasey on board, not literally (now holding an extra $20 M), who will deal on Silver Knight.

Also before this deal, I bought IGO on 2 precepts:
1) they were spending $60M p/y on well targeted exploration.
2) they had say $350m of Cash plus cash flow to do a decent deal.

Even if part two is wrong, I wouldn't discount the importance of part one. People will say speculative, speculative. Yes mining is. However, it can work for people like Mr Creasy. To a large extent it depends on persistence and targeted use of information ( knowledge) available. Again I point to Mr Creasy. He'll be the first to tell you even if one least know his (legendary) back story [mostly I was sacred of the guy when I met him, he brooks no BS].
