Complex growing pains up and down the EV supply chain (see also semicon shortage). They will be solved.
I believe IGO got a deal here and the market is still digesting. Wanted to see the big downside risks resolved, like this debt. Once everyone clear, the value will become clearer. That's my penny's worth.
