Interested to hear views on whether holders are concerned for IGO to pay $2b for a minority stake and having Tianqi still able to call the shots as majority owner. Tianqi haven't exactly shot the lights out at Greenbushes or with the plant in Kwinana. Also intrigued to see how Albemarle react to the transaction and expect they and their lawyers did everything legally possible to lock down their last look right to any sale of Greenbushes stake in the joint venture agreement? This is going to be fun to watch, hope IGO know what they are getting into!
