It's a good deal, imo.
$1.9B for 24.99% of Greenbushes mine and 49% of Kwinana plant.
The 49% of Kwinana plant would be around $400m based on the construction spending, then the 24.99% of Greenbushes mine is roughly valued at around $6B.
Greenbushes mine will be expanding to produce 1.9 million spodumene concentrates and it's the lowest cost, should be given a huge premium, imo
