Not ALL......

Will not happen...

The Ainsworth family.. minus Len because he gave it all to his kids, will not sell their 40% stake.....

Two simple reasons.....

1. Their shareholdings were a gift from the old man. They have not paid any taxes. Any money they recieve 50% will go to the our mate Jonny.....

2. The old man 'yes Len' wrote a clause into the gift... The children cannot do anything with their stake in ALL without his OK if he is alive........

I would not be looking for IGT to hit ALL.... The merger will between IGT and AGT, then Len will make his move to regian control of ALL.

You must understand, for this to happen Len cannot be in control of any company making a move like this, neither can any of his family members whilst he is alive. The Las Vegas gaming commision have placed controls over this man that the mafia in the US could not overcome, but hey Len managed it.......
