Yes, ORD will get a large chunk equity on SARCO.
There are 9 Chinese investors on the Top 20 shareholders lisht.
The No.1 is
CHINA NONFERROUS METALS INTERNATIONAL MINING CO LTD
holding 23,529,411 shares on 8/10/2010.
I am sure ORD will get a substantial share on new SARCO.
probably be 70% x 49% = 34.3%.
