Well looks like even my optimism has been dented on this stock...

Well looks like even my optimism has been dented on this stock that continues to sell down (even though CAT is trading up, in case people still think there is a connection?). I am wondering how much damage has to occur before the ASX or ASIC get involved. There is some serious trading happening here, and like usual the little players will be the last to know, where's the continuous disclosure obligation? What's going on here?
