Correct, the underwriters will need to agree on a price of the ADS in consultation with the BOD

The BOD are not going to place a price on shares that have not been approved by shareholders to issue in the first place.

IMO @mrgriffin correspondence from the SEC will need to also be dealt with and possibly another Amended Form F1 submitted before the Registration with the SEC becomes effective. I was thinking this process might evolve during and prior to the lead up to the 17th Sept EGM.
