It perfectly makes sense - is it easier to raise capital at 5.3c or is it easier to raise at $5? which one allows for more dilution? we are already at 1.6 billion shares where as Nasdaq we'll be in 17 million with the possibility of dilution to 1.7 billion at nasdaq. Simple logic, makes sense to me.
