    I was thinking the same thing re the 5 day average VWAP. If it gets to 58 cents, we'll be pretty much smack on the 60M shares to achieve $25M USD.

    I'd like to think future tranches will occur at a higher SP, equating to considerably less than 60M per extra tranche, but then again, maybe they'll just raise more money instead of reducing the shares they issue.

    Either way, all smiles here!
