we dont have any more info yet. this could be similar to what was done last year with lke. offer 1 option per x amount of shares to be exercised and a particular price, most likely a premium to sp at time of issue, could also have an accompanying option issued if the first option is exercised, at an even greater strike price. excellent way of raising capital imo provided the sp track up to make exercising the options worthwhile. given theyre issued to existing shareholders though some may elect to exercise regardless.
it would likely apply to all shareholders at a cut off date some time after the process is announced
